    The Federal Circuit on Friday refused to rehear Pi-Net International Inc.'s bid to save three online banking patents in its suit against JPMorgan Chase & Co., which was dismissed after Pi-Net used formatting tricks and acronyms to hide the fact that its brief was too long.
