ORDER: By 5:30 p.m. on July 27, 2026, Defendants Joshua Cilano, Capital Truth Holdings LLC, and related entities Capital Truth Ltd. and Capital Truth Ltd. SAC1 (together, the "Capital Truth Entities"), as well as Defendants Marcello Follano and Late Stage Asset Management LLC, shall file sworn affidavits made by a person or persons with personal knowledge pursuant to the attached Order.
To the extent not described in any aforementioned affidavits, by July 31, 2026, Defendants Joshua Cilano, Capital Truth Holdings LLC, and non-parties Capital Truth Ltd. and Capital Truth Ltd. SAC1, as well as Defendants Marcello Follano and Late Stage Asset Management LLC, shall provide an accounting performed by a Certified Public Accountant of which entity now holds Late Stage investors' rights or interests to SpaceX shares.
