ORDER: By 5:30 p.m. on July 27, 2026, Defendants Joshua Cilano, Capital Truth Holdings LLC, and related entities Capital Truth Ltd. and Capital Truth Ltd. SAC1 (together, the "Capital Truth Entities"), as well as Defendants Marcello Follano and Late Stage Asset Management LLC, shall file sworn affidavits made by a person or persons with personal knowledge pursuant to the attached Order.
To the extent not described in any aforementioned affidavits, by July 31, 2026, Defendants Joshua Cilano, Capital Truth Holdings LLC, and non-parties Capital Truth Ltd. and Capital Truth Ltd. SAC1, as well as Defendants Marcello Follano and Late Stage Asset Management LLC, shall provide an accounting performed by a Certified Public Accountant of which entity now holds Late Stage investors' rights or interests to SpaceX shares.

ORDER granting in part and denying in part 129 Motion for Extension of Time to Amend: By July 30, 2026, Plaintiffs shall file a proposed third amended complaint in black-lined form on the docket, with electronic service to all Defendants named in the Second Amended Complaint. Defendants shall file objections to the proposed third amended complaint, if any, by noon on August 4, 2026. Upon approval of a Third Amended Complaint, Plaintiffs shall serve a summons and the Third Amended Complaint as provided for in Fed. R. Civ. P. 15, and file declarations of service.
