Order on Informative Motion
ORDER noting and granting in part 229 Defendant's Status Report. The Court amends the deadlines established at Docket No 221 as follows: Conclusion of all discovery (fact and expert, including depositions): October 2, 2026; Deadline to file dispositive motions: November 6, 2026; Deadline to file oppositions to dispositive motions: December 4, 2026. In accordance with this Court's original Case Management Order, (Docket Nos. 152, 153), discovery should have concluded on June 28, 2024. Based on the length of this civil action initiated on November 2020, the nature of the causes of action, and the multiple extensions of time that have already been granted, the Court does not anticipate granting any further extensions of time albeit a proper, sufficient showing of good cause. The parties shall make a good faith effort to abide by this Court's deadlines, including making appropriate scheduling arrangements to conduct depositions on a timely basis. The Parties shall continue filing joint status report every 30 days informing the status of discovery and the case in general. All other instructions included in this Court's Court Management Order remain unaltered. Signed by Judge Gina R. Mendez-Miro on 7/13/2026. (GMN)
