Mining Co. Makes Peace With Enviros In Selenium Dumping Suit
Argus Energy LLC has settled a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club and other environmental groups accusing the coal mining company of dumping toxic chemicals into West Virginia waterways in violation of the Clean Water Act, according to court documents filed Wednesday.
