Inventergy Calls Sonus Tech Patent Suit Negotiating Tactic
Inventergy Inc. urged a California federal judge on Tuesday to toss a suit brought by Sonus Networks Inc. claiming Inventergy demanded $24 million in patent licenses for telecom technology, saying no controversy exists and that the suit was improperly used to gain a tactical advantage in negotiations.
