Mealey's (October 23, 2019, 1:42 PM EDT) -- TACOMA, Wash. — A federal judge in Washington on Oct. 22 granted a motion for the immediate dissolution of a temporary restraining order (TRO) filed by defendants in a trade secret misappropriation lawsuit, ruling that after further investigation of the plaintiff’s alleged facts, those facts do not sufficiently support the plaintiff’s allegations that “continuing injunctive relief is necessary” (Precision Industrial Contractors Inc. v.
