Lenovo Users Get Class Cert., Lose Some Claims Over Adware
A California federal judge on Thursday certified two classes of consumers who purchased Lenovo laptops that came with hidden adware preinstalled, but allowed them to move forward with only seven of their dozen claims that Lenovo unlawfully accessed their devices and interfered with their computers' performance.
