Purdue Pharma proposed a new bankruptcy plan, under which the Sackler family and the company would pay a total of $7.4 billion to settle opioid-related claims. Meanwhile, Forever 21's U.S. arm filed for Chapter 11 protection in Delaware, securing court approval to close more than 300 stores and planning to exit bankruptcy by June.
