Contractors Want $1B Award In Refinery Row Tossed
Contractors for a northern Colombia oil refinery project asked a New York federal court on Thursday to throw out a $1 billion arbitration award obtained against them by a subsidiary of Colombia's national petroleum company, arguing the award is "rooted in due process violations, prejudicial procedural measures, and irrational positions that defy the plain language of the parties' contract."
