DOJ Wants More Time For Rite Aid's Ch. 11 Claims Bar Date
The U.S. Department of Justice told a New Jersey bankruptcy court Thursday that it would insist upon having 180 days to file claims against the estate of bankrupt pharmacy chain Rite Aid, even as the debtor and other parties expressed concern such a long time frame could sink the bankruptcy.
