Fisker Reaches Deal To Put Brakes On Ch. 7 Conversion
Defunct electric-vehicle maker Fisker Inc. told a Delaware bankruptcy judge on Monday it had reached an agreement with secured creditors to postpone conversion of its insolvency case to a Chapter 7 liquidation, giving the business three weeks to negotiate a potential plan.
