A corporate and private fund lawyer, Azotini brings extensive experience with corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and corporate governance to the role. He has worked as both in-house counsel as well as counsel at private practices and has advised clients both nationally and internationally. His expertise ranges from corporate and commercial matters to regulatory matters, spanning various industries.
Azotini holds a law degree from Western University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
