This section combines all the content from our previous Business of Law, Insider and Legal Innovation sections into one enhanced section. Given the high interest in artificial intelligence and its impact on the business of law, I’d like to highlight some recent coverage our team has been doing on how courts are responding to the impact of AI.

I am also excited to share the news that our access to justice coverage will now be a full section, with its own weekly newsletter. Law360 Canada’s access to justice coverage will remain free.
