Apotex Can't Dodge Schering Suit Over Nasonex IP
A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday refused to grant Apotex Inc. a ruling that it does not infringe one of three patents covering Nasonex nasal spray in a suit lodged by Schering Corp. to block a generic version of the treatment.
