Tobacco Cos. Ordered To Disclose Marketing Data
A Washington federal judge on Tuesday told Philip Morris Inc., Lorillard Tobacco Co. and other defendants in the U.S. government's suit against the tobacco industry to comply with a 2006 order and turn over 10 years of marketing data.

Judge Says Tobacco Co. Not Liable In RICO Ad Suit
A federal judge ruled Monday that a U.S. Supreme Court decision cleared British American Tobacco Investment Ltd. of racketeering violations in a decade-old lawsuit alleging tobacco companies lied to consumers about the health effects of cigarettes.
