Hospitals To Pay $1.6M To Settle Nurses' Antitrust Suit
Abrazo Health Care Inc. network hospitals on Monday agreed to pay $1.6 million to a class of traveling nurses, becoming the final hospitals to settle allegations that Arizona health care centers operated a cartel that drove down temporary nurses' wages.

Nurses Attack Hospitals, DOJ Over Alleged Cartel
Temporary nurses filed two proposed class actions Monday against an Arizona health care association and its member hospitals, saying the alleged cartel resulted in suppressed wages.
