Honeywell International Inc. on Tuesday prevailed in its attempt to ditch a putative class action alleging the conglomerate used flawed data to determine its worker health plan reimbursements, after a New Jersey federal court determined the plaintiffs had failed to exhaust administrative remedy before bringing the suit.

A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday denied Honeywell International Inc.'s motion to dismiss that would have torpedoed a worker's putative class action on Employee Retirement Income Security Act claims accusing the company of skimping on health care service reimbursements.
