A former Guidant Corp. employee asked a Texas federal court Friday to reopen a qui tam suit alleging Boston Scientific Corp., Abbott Laboratories and other makers of digestive tract stents entered a marketing scheme to promote the products for unapproved uses elsewhere in the body.
