    A California federal judge on Tuesday tentatively tossed software company Uniloc Luxembourg SA's lawsuit accusing eClinicalWorks LLC of infringing its medical patient flowsheet patent, saying Uniloc couldn't get its case to a jury because its direct infringement allegation was speculative.
