A New York federal judge agreed Wednesday to reconsider a jury's compensatory damages award in a former Rite Aid pharmacist's $2.6 million wrongful termination lawsuit that alleges the pharmacy chain retaliated against him after he refused to be trained in immunization because of a fear of needles.
