3M Warming Device Infection Suits Grouped In Minn.
Patients who claim they suffered infections because of 3M's post-surgical patient warming device had their suits sent to Minnesota federal court on Friday, creating multidistrict litigation for the dozens of suits the company has called a smear campaign by a competitor.
