Walgreens Wins Nominal Sanctions Over Repetitive FCA Suit
A Tennessee federal judge on Thursday ordered the attorney for a man who sued Walgreen Co. for alleged False Claims Act violations to pay the pharmacy chain $5,800, saying the lawyer pointlessly rehashed arguments he'd already made in his request for the court to change its judgment.
