Reference laboratory company Hunter Laboratories LLC and its owner were hit with a breach of contract suit in New Jersey federal court Wednesday, alleging they reneged on a $241 million deal to share proceeds from the resolution of several Medicare and Medicaid False Claims Act suits against rival laboratory companies.
