Homeland Insurance Co. of New York hit King's Daughters Health System Inc. with an insurance coverage action in Kentucky federal court Monday, saying it doesn't have to cover lawsuits against the medical center arising from allegations that doctors performed unnecessary heart procedures to "enrich themselves."
