Takata Plaintiffs Say No Need To Split New Claims From MDL
Plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation against Takata Corp. and several automakers over potentially explosive air bags asked a Florida federal judge Monday to allow them to keep claims against other car manufacturers in the existing case rather than having to file a separate suit.
