A Pennsylvania federal judge shot down a proposed class action Wednesday accusing Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. of misrepresenting the likelihood that its since-failed merger with Rite Aid Corp. would secure regulatory approval, saying the investor who brought the suit purchased shares too early.
