Walgreens Cuts $44M Deal To End Theranos Consumer Suits
Walgreens has agreed to pay $44 million to resolve a certified consumer class action alleging the pharmacy chain should have known now-defunct Theranos' finger-prick blood tests were faulty when it helped market them, according to documents filed in Arizona federal court Wednesday.
