    PTAB Wrongly Axed Part Of Invisalign Patent, Fed. Circ. Says

    The Federal Circuit on Wednesday sent back a decision from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board that invalidated some claims of an Align Technology patent on the Invisalign teeth-straightening system, ruling that the board failed to show how a prior patent explained how to make personalized plastic molds to straighten teeth.
