2nd Circ. Won't Revive Cigna Stock-Drop Suit
The Second Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a lower court's dismissal of a Cigna Corp. shareholder's suit alleging the health insurer and its executives misled investors about its compliance with Medicare regulations, calling the suit a "creative attempt to recast corporate mismanagement as securities fraud."
