9th Circ. Backs Class Cert. For Assisted Living Residents
A panel of the Ninth Circuit affirmed class certification for a putative class of assisted living community members alleging fraud, unlawful business practices and elder financial abuse, ruling Wednesday the putative class can prove their claims and that there's "common questions" predominating the lawsuit.
