    Alsup Slams HHS Rule Shielding Anti-Abortion Health Workers

    U.S. District Judge William Alsup ripped into a government lawyer arguing that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has "implicit authority" to allow more health care workers to refuse to participate in abortions, saying on Wednesday that "there's no such thing" and he "can't believe" the DOJ is taking that position.
