The Seventh Circuit has refused to revive an age discrimination suit brought by a doctor who said an Indiana hospital laid her off and replaced her with a younger doctor, ruling that she hadn't shown the hospital's decisions stemmed from bias.

7th Circ. Declines Reviving Doctor's Age Discrimination Suit
The Seventh Circuit on Friday declined to revive an Indiana doctor's age discrimination lawsuit against the hospitals where she spent three decades treating infants, saying she didn't have evidence age was a factor in losing her job .
