Hillrom Can't Discharge Hospital Bed Antitrust Suit
An Illinois federal judge refused Wednesday to cull an antitrust suit against medical technologies supplier Hill-Rom Co. Inc., finding a rival hospital bed company sufficiently accused Hillrom of concealing, and continuing, an alleged scheme to force hospital systems into exclusive supply agreements, offsetting the four-year statute of limitations.
