Dog Food Labeling Suit Sent Back To Mo. State Court
A suit alleging that Nestle and Royal Canin have fraudulently represented certain dog foods as prescription has been sent back to Missouri state court because its unjust enrichment and antitrust claims were dropped, an Eighth Circuit appellate panel found Monday.
