    A pelvic mesh company that was ordered to pay $2.5 million following a product liability jury trial told an Eleventh Circuit panel Tuesday that a patient lawsuit alleging physical injuries was time-barred, arguing that her problems were diagnosed more than four years before she filed her complaint.
