J&J Can't Appeal Dismissal Bids In Tylenol Birth Defect MDL
A New York federal judge won't let Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. appeal a pair of orders denying its bids to dismiss a suit alleging a woman's child has autism and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder because she took Tylenol while pregnant, saying the company hasn't shown there can be a difference of opinion regarding the court's analysis.
