Teva Can't Block Colo. EpiPen Program Over Takings Claim
A Colorado federal judge won't block a state law that took effect Jan. 1 requiring pharmaceutical companies to "reimburse and resupply" pharmacies with EpiPens for uninsured individuals, writing in an order that Teva Pharmaceuticals can, at least for now, work out compensation in court for the government's taking of its property.
