    Pharmaceutical company Pacira BioSciences Inc. is looking to stop rivals from marketing their so-called generic versions of its non-opioid based drug used to manage post-surgery pain, claiming in three separate lawsuits that the companies falsely advertise their medications as qualifying for an exemption to federal regulatory approval.
