Drug Compounding Co. Sues FDA Over 'Catch-22' Recall Ask
Medication compounding company SCA Pharmaceuticals LLC sued the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in Connecticut federal court Monday, alleging the agency has put it in a Catch-22 that would destroy the company: Either it recalls $36.5 million in products and shuts down a facility, or faces a notice warning the health care industry not to use its products.
