Lexington Sues Ace Over Kinder Morgan Blast Coverage
Lexington Insurance Co. launched a suit against Ace American Insurance Co. in Texas federal court Wednesday, seeking a contribution for five underlying suits over a fatal explosion at a gas pipeline owned by Kinder Morgan Inc., an affiliate and another company.
