The Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh's challenge to the Affordable Care Act's contraceptive mandate was dismissed Tuesday by a Pennsylvania federal judge, who said the diocese couldn't bring the suit because it falls under existing government exemptions to the mandate for religious organizations.
