11th Circ. Won't Rethink Chartis Junk Fax Coverage Decision
The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday refused to reconsider its recent order letting Chartis Specialty Insurance Co. off the hook from defending Interline Brands Inc. against a junk fax class action, rejecting Interline's request that the federal appeals court should let the Florida Supreme Court decide whether a broadly worded exclusion bars coverage.
