    Yahoo Breached $1B NCAA Bracket Contract, SCA Suit Says

    Dallas-based promotions company SCA Promotions Inc. has sued Yahoo Inc. for allegedly refusing to pay a $4.4 million cancellation fee to back out of a contract for a $1 billion contest tied to the upcoming 2014 NCAA men's basketball tournament, according to a complaint removed to Texas federal court on Monday.
