Lighting Co. To Pay $100K In EEOC Wellness Program Deal
Orion Energy Systems Inc. has agreed to pay a former employee $100,000 after striking a deal with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that also prohibits it from maintaining an employee wellness program that poses disability-related inquiries, according to a Wisconsin federal court filing Monday.
