    Insurers Owe $1.2M For Army Corps Project, Contractor Says

    A subcontractor hired to perform work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers claimed in Washington federal court Friday that International Fidelity Insurance Co. and Everest Reinsurance Co. owe more than $1.2 million because they furnished a bond to pay for the project along with the prime contractor, which has refused to pay.
