6th Circ. Says Worker Didn't Seek Disability Benefits Properly
The Sixth Circuit on Friday refused to revive a lawsuit in which a man had sought long-term disability benefits from his former employer's plan administrator, Life Insurance Co. of North America, saying he had not asked for the benefits in a manner that complied with the administrator's policies.
