    8th Circ. Backs Prudential Over 'Exaggerating' Worker

    Prudential Insurance Co. was right to withdraw a customer's long-term disability benefits when evidence turned up that he was "deliberately exaggerating" the effects of brain conditions he suffered, the Eighth Circuit has ruled.
