11th Circ. Revives ADA Suit Due To Judge's 'Clear Error'
The Eleventh Circuit on Monday revived a disability bias suit accusing an insurance company of firing a worker because of the cost of treating her multiple sclerosis, saying a lower court made a "clear error of judgment" by limiting the worker's ability to seek discovery.
