    The Fourth Circuit on Friday affirmed a trial court's finding that Universal Underwriters Insurance Co. should have defended an East Coast auto dealership chain in a lawsuit over ownership of the dealership — which led to a $4.3 million damages verdict — ruling an exclusion in the company's policy doesn't apply.
