11th Circ. Upholds Sanctions Against 'Serial Litigator'
The Eleventh Circuit affirmed sanctions Tuesday against a "serial litigator" for filing a third lawsuit over a 2018 car crash despite reaching settlements with two insurers, noting the lawyer's history has included filing nearly 100 actions — most of them meritless — and regularly launching unfounded attempts to punish opposing counsel.
